Gas engineers should be fitting boilers. Mechanics should be fixing cars. Tyre fitters should be fitting tyres. Not doing paperwork at nine o'clock at night. We use AI, automation and the right online tools to take the admin, invoicing, marketing and back office off your hands — and keep the work coming in.
No jargon. No long contracts. We explain everything in plain English.
Most small businesses don't fail because the work is bad. They stall because the person doing the work is also the person doing the quotes, the invoices, the chasing, the stock, the VAT and the marketing — in the evening, after a full day on the tools.
Pick the bits you need. Most people start with one problem, and once that's running smoothly we move on to the next. You're never buying all of it at once.
We sit down and go through the business properly. Then AI does the research — your market, your competitors, your numbers — and we turn it into a plain-English plan with things to actually do.
Most trade websites are a brochure nobody reads. Yours will show your prices or your promise, answer the phone when you can't, and turn a visitor into a booked job.
Google Ads, Maps and local search — set up properly, tracked properly. You'll know exactly what a phone call costs and which areas are worth the drive.
Getting found when someone searches without paying for every click. Your Google Business Profile, reviews, and the local listings that decide who gets the call.
An AI that answers enquiries at 2am, quotes from your real prices, and books the job into your diary. It never invents a price — it uses yours.
Customers book a slot themselves and see when you're coming. You see your day on your phone. No more phone tag over what time suits.
Every customer, quote, job and note in one place — set up for how you actually work, not how the software thinks you should.
Card payments on the job, deposits taken online, invoices raised automatically and chased without you being the bad guy.
We map how work actually flows through your business, find the bits done twice or done by hand, and automate them. Alerts when something needs you, silence when it doesn't.
Know what's on the van and what's in the unit without counting it. Reorder before you run out, not after you've turned a job away.
Receipts, reconciliation, VAT and the monthly numbers — handled with online accounting that talks to everything else, so nothing gets typed in twice.
One page a month: what came in, what it cost, which jobs made money, what we're changing next. No dashboards you'll never open.
You don't need to know what a CRM is, or how Google Ads works. That's the entire point of hiring us.
A proper conversation about how the business runs today — where the work comes from, where time goes, what's frustrating, and what you actually want out of it. Usually an hour or two.
We use AI to do the heavy research — your local market, your competitors, what customers are searching for, what the numbers need to be — and turn it into a written plan with quick wins first and the bigger jobs sequenced sensibly.
We set the tools up, connect them together, and keep them running. You get the results and a monthly summary. If something needs a decision, we bring you the decision — not the problem.
Four levels, and you can move between them. Most businesses start with a review and take it from there. Everything is monthly — no long tie-ins.
A mobile tyre fitting and recovery business in Plymouth. One van, a strong local reputation, and almost nothing behind it — no customer records, no way of knowing where work came from, and an advertising arrangement nobody could explain.
What we found. Their previous advertising was recording a "sale" every single time somebody loaded a page on the website. Not a phone call — just opening the page. Which meant every figure they'd ever been shown was measuring visitors, not work. We found it by checking the site ourselves rather than taking anyone's word for it.
What we've built. A full review of the market and every local competitor, five advertising campaigns targeted road by road rather than by postcode, proper call tracking so every enquiry is measurable, and a pricing model that ends quotes being guessed at on the phone.
What's next. A second van and a second brand for the South Hams, an online system where customers get a price and book a slot themselves, and live van tracking so people can see help coming.
Blockbuster didn't lose because people stopped renting films. They lost because somebody made it
easier. The same thing is happening in every trade right now — and the businesses winning aren't
the best on the tools, they're the easiest to deal with.
The first conversation is free and there's nothing to sign.
